The choice of system whether conventional or analogue addressable is used, and the need for detectors, call points, sounders or beacons will depend largely on the size and layout of the building and the degree of protection required. Conventional Fire Alarm Systems

Firedex 2200 Fire Alarm Panels
Fire Alarm Panels featuring a variety of compact, fire retardant ABS enclosures, with stylish designs that suit a host of location.
Characterized by being user friendly, simple to operate. Single zone or multiple zones up to 8 zones. Zones are clearly numbered on a printed card.

The Firedex 2208 is an attractively styled panel developed to provide the reliability of the latest electronic circuitry in a compact enclosure.
  • Up to 8 zone capability.
  • Suitable for either surface or semi-recessed installations.
  • Essential operating instructions are immediately to hand on the reverse of the fold down door.
  • A separate compartment enables easy inspection of batteries.
  • The use lead acid batteries minimizes maintenance.
  • A log book is provided to keep a written record of the regular checks and tests.
  • All zone circuits are complete with a JSB Firedex end of line monitor unit (EOLM) which sends a signal back to the panel from that end of line of each zone.

Biwire System

The revolutionary Biwire, two wire system is a totally new concept in fire detection. It is a two wire combined zone and sounder circuit control system, which uses a multi-function single point, smoke detector and integral sounder. Installation costs are minimized with considerable cost savings, depending on the nature of the installation.
